Flower Essences & Doctrine of Signatures

Flower essences provide us the opportunity to commune with the energy of plants while healing us on our soul journeys. Sounds intense? They are the paradox of gentle and potent. Incredibly simple to make and yet complex to understand. In this class we will use our powers of observation to learn about Doctrine of Signatures, which give us the tools to learn from the plants about how we can heal.

In this hands-on workshop with Kenzie Khaliq, we will make a flower essence, sit and observe with plants and use our senses to understand the world around us better. Join us to learn, play and explore in community & communion with plants. 

This class is by donation $25-35 (includes a flower essence). All profits will be used as a fundraiser for a Global Majority (AKA BIPOC) Scholarship fund for this fall’s 6 month herbal program. NOTAFLOF Learn more about this offering.

Kenzie is a dedicated steward of plants, animals, birth & death. They are a justice advocate, weaving in ancestral healing into all herbal medicinal practices and education. Kenzie has been a land steward for 15 years, a practicing clinical intuitive herbalist for 11 years, a pleasure activist for 7.
